Google Account and Gmail Data

If you connect a Google account, Your Automation Solution may request permission to create Gmail drafts. The Gmail draft feature is used only to create draft messages that you choose to generate from your templates and uploaded recipient data.

The app does not send Gmail messages automatically. You review and send drafts from your own mailbox.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that you request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it unless required for support, security, legal compliance, or with your permission.

Your Automation Solution's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Files and Uploaded Content

Files you upload may be stored temporarily or permanently depending on the tool and your configuration. Some tools may store output files, extracted records, templates, review decisions, and logs so that you can continue work later, audit results, or export records.

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload and process any files or personal information you provide.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as Google APIs, Stripe, email providers, analytics tools, and AI providers to operate website features. These providers process information only as needed for the feature being used or for service operation.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account data, tool configurations, logs, uploaded files, and generated outputs for as long as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, satisfy business records, or meet legal requirements.

You can disconnect Google account access from your Google Account permissions page at any time. You can also stop using a tool, delete or replace uploaded files where the interface allows it, or contact us for help with data removal.
