Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, contact us, upload files, configure tools, create templates, or use the website. This may include your name, email address, company name, uploaded spreadsheets, PDFs, images, receipts, email templates, recipient lists, template settings, workflow notes, and tool activity.

We also collect basic website usage data, such as pages visited, timestamps, approximate location from IP address, browser information, button clicks, and tool usage events. This helps us improve the website and understand which workflows are useful.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the tools you request, save your configurations, generate files, prepare reviewed emails, process uploads, manage subscriptions, troubleshoot issues, improve the website, respond to support requests, and protect the service from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Google Account and Gmail Data

If you connect a Google account for Email Review & Send, Your Automation Solution requests permission to see your primary Google account email address and send Gmail messages on your behalf. The email address is used to show which mailbox is connected and to send the required test email to yourself. Gmail send access is used only for messages that you generate from your templates, uploaded recipient data, and optional attachments after previewing the batch, sending yourself a test email, and approving the final send.

The app does not request access to read Gmail inbox messages, search mail, modify existing messages, delete messages, manage labels, or permanently access mailbox contents. The app does not send Gmail messages unless you click the email tool controls that send the self-test or approve the reviewed batch.

For Gmail sending, we store the connected Google account email address, encrypted OAuth token data, email templates, uploaded recipient files, optional attachments, previews, send history, and job status as needed to provide the feature, troubleshoot failed sends, and let you audit what the tool did.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that you request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it to train AI models, or allow humans to read it unless required for support, security, legal compliance, or with your permission.

Your Automation Solution's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Files and Uploaded Content

Files you upload may be stored temporarily or permanently depending on the tool and your configuration. Some tools may store output files, extracted records, templates, recipient lists, review decisions, and logs so that you can continue work later, audit results, or export records.

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload and process any files or personal information you provide.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as Google APIs, Stripe, email providers, analytics tools, and AI providers to operate website features. Some AI-assisted tools may use Google Gemini to extract, map, or review information from files that you choose to upload to those tools.

Email Review & Send does not use Gemini or any other AI model. Google user data from Gmail sending, including the connected Gmail address, OAuth token data, recipient files, email templates, previews, attachments, send jobs, and send history, is not shared with AI providers.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account data, tool configurations, logs, uploaded files, generated outputs, email templates, send history, and Google connection records for as long as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, satisfy business records, or meet legal requirements.

You can disconnect Gmail inside the Email Review & Send tool or from your Google Account permissions page. You can request deletion of your account data, Google connection records, email templates, recipient files, attachments, or other stored files by contacting us at admin@yourautomationsolution.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. OAuth tokens and saved SMTP passwords are encrypted before being stored. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should avoid uploading information you are not authorized to process.

Your Choices

You can disconnect Google account access from your Google Account permissions page at any time. You can also stop using a tool, delete or replace uploaded files where the interface allows it, or contact us for help with data removal.
