Using the Service
You may use Your Automation Solution to manage business workflows, upload files, create templates, generate documents, process spreadsheets, create email drafts, and review extracted data. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only with information you are authorized to process.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.
Uploaded Content
You retain responsibility for files, data, templates, prompts, receipts, addresses, spreadsheets, images, and other content you upload or enter. You grant Your Automation Solution permission to process that content for the purpose of providing the features you use.
Email Drafts and Google Integrations
When you connect a Google account for Gmail draft creation, the service creates drafts only when you request it. Drafts should be reviewed by you before sending. You are responsible for the content, recipients, timing, and compliance of any messages you send.
AI-Assisted Features
Some tools may use AI to extract, summarize, map, classify, or generate information. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them for business, tax, legal, financial, training, or operational decisions.
Billing and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions, usage limits, free trials, and AI credits are shown during signup or billing. Subscription payments and payment methods may be processed by Stripe. You are responsible for reviewing the plan details before subscribing.
No Professional Advice
The service may help organize records, calculations, forms, and workflows, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, safety, or professional certification advice. You should verify important outputs with a qualified professional or the applicable authority.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, overload the system, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use the tools to violate privacy, spam, fraud, intellectual property, or other applicable laws.
Service Availability
We work to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued as the service evolves.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Your Automation Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
